Three day return policy (you need to bear the return freight) All returned items must be in a completely new state without perfume or any other worn, unused markings, original labels and packaging. If we send you the wrong goods, you can choose: Keep this item for 20% - 50% refund. Order a new item with a 50% discount. 70% refund will be refunded. The customer must first confirm the qualification of return to customer service department, and then return. Please remember that the quality problem does not include color difference, because it may be due to the monitor and weather conditions of the PC monitor, but we can say that our product is of good quality. No uninformed return will be credited.
Damaged or mishandled items You are entitled to a full refund for damaged or mishandled items, or you may choose to exchange items. You only need to provide proof of the problem to our customer service department. If you believe that the goods are damaged during transportation, you must first obtain the "damage certificate" document from the transport carrier.
Dimension or assembly problems Items that do not fit or do not fit your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. Usually, due to different measuring tools and methods, there will be an error of 1-2cm. Therefore, we must carefully consult our measurement guide and dimension table before selecting dimensions. We encourage you to find a local tailor to make the adjustment. We are glad to compensate you 100% of the product price in the tailor's fee.
Cancellation policy We know that there are many reasons why our customers sometimes need to cancel orders flexibly. The good news is that there is still time to change your mind after you place an order. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
If the customer does not like the finished product, the customer who wants to check the finished product before delivery will not get a full refund; if the customer does not accept the finished product, they will not get a 70% refund.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a 70% refund. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of payment are eligible for a 50% refund. Orders cannot be cancelled within 72 hours after payment. We can only return the freight. For inventory orders, you can cancel the order at any time before shipment. How to cancel outstanding orders? The order will be automatically cancelled within 7 days and will not be paid.
